Good share TD.

Alongside these exercises, I think breathing practice is also a very essential part for precession shooting.

Cheers...

Guys.. tell you what...I`ll make it really simple... just do two things:

1: Do some push-ups. Start with one set and then try to improve to 3-4 sets.
2: Get a pair of 3 or 4 kg dumbles. Grip them and bring them up right in front of your line of sight and hold them there. Try to do three sets of 20 secs in start. Then go to 30 secs and later aim for a minute. This will develop the shoulder and the forearm gripping muscles required to shoot..

That would be 30 bucks...

In any sport physical fitness is of utmost importance. Gunning is not different. A physically fit person enjoys the feeling besides all other things. Try to hit the gym 3 ~ 4 days a week. Or go for a long, brisk walk 40 mins. Or jog for whatever distance you can easily. Do it for a month and you will see the improvement in your performance in "all areas" ;)
Also pushups, reachups, chinups, dumbells, weight training, swimming or whatever you can easily will keep you fit.
