RETAY TROY 100X BLACK ........... REVIEW

It is good looking airgun and also performance is very good.

Below is some shooting with this beauty and results:

The Setup for Shooting:

Image

I used some wood ply for target in my lawn, distance may be around 15 M ( not sure ).

I have fired 2 pellets with it, pellets stuck up in the wood ply,

but you can see the hitting power result from back side of wood ply:

Image

This wood play was almost 2cm thick.

I have tried other wood ply as a target, see the result below:

Image

The back of the wood ply:

Another Wood Ply:

Image

This wood ply was 2.5cm thick, and pellets didn't get through and stuck in it.

Image

Image
Left side ( white color ) vs right side ( oak color ), pellet didn't pass through white color wood ply but easily went through oak color wood ply.
May be because the white color wood ply is from sea ships and much harder and solid than other wood ply.

Pellets used in this shooting:

Looks like a nice air rifle. I have always liked fixed barrel air rifles over break barrel. They are more accurate.

Thanks for the review brother. Please do shoot few targets on paper also and in order to fully enjoy your air rifle, get a reasonable scope ASP. BTW, I would like to be more concerned about how accurate it shoots than how powerfully it shoots. IMHO, it doesn't make much of difference if one rifle is shooting 1000 ft/sec and the other is shooting 850 ft/sec but it does make a lot of difference if one rifle is making a 1" group and the other is making a 2" group. :)

regards

KBW Sir,

Thank you for your valuable input. :handgestures-salute:

It is very accurate gun. I fired three pellets with a tight group of approx. 1.5 cm from 15M.

I think 1.5cm from 15M is good with airgun. :)

I will try to fire it on paper targets as you suggested, and upload for comments.

Thanks.

You can get them at a bit low price from the small air-gun shop situated opposite to mustafa arms and which one of the gamo pointed or flat pellet's you found better performance wise ?
