@ all, Lolz. Man you don't tell your wife that you have bought a gun, you never do , but she comes to know about it, some magic or what. IMHO, bribing works, always will. :dance:

I agree with six_shooter, that the wife eventually come to know! I just try to come up with some idea, to break the news to her as softly as possible!!!

Of course, you never tell your wife that you're "going to" buy a gun!!!

I'm lucky that my better half has no interest whatsoever in guns and has no clue what exactly and how many I have. On two/three occasions that she acquired whether I've acquired a new handgun (on seeing the Rami) I said, "You remember that small Taurus (PT145Pro)? Well I've replaced that with this".

Most of the times the new acquisition is just labelled as a replacement

And yes, she does not have access to my gun cabinet

Letting your spouse know of your new acquisitions can be very hazardous to your financial health. The only time that she did came to know of my new acquisition, I was immediately burdened with this request (well in all fairness it sounded like a demand)

Guns are pretty much a taboo subject as far as wives are concerned. To tell or not to tell that is the question.

,I also have a similar diana 56th and its my only spring airgun that can challenge my pcp airgun at 60 yard .It is heavy but when you get use to it its really fun.
