The boards and fiberboards are up against each other but not tight where you can not slide them up and back in .
After a bullet passes thru them they are a little harder to lift out because of the bullet leaving a deformation on the back side of each board, so dont make them fit real tight, but no SPACE or gap is required, but wont hurt either.
You can use ALL Chipped Board, or All fiberboard, or All Cardboard, or anything.
It just doesn't matter. I just used up what I had that I thought would work.

@ A I
I have never bought this kind of ammo, but it is a Very good Brand, and way too expensive for normal practice.
If you dont practice with an ammo, I would not trust it in my gun .
Your perticular gun might not like it or really be all that accurate with it.

The extra weight, and special Hollow point design is great, but only if it feeds and fires with 100% reliability, and you can hit your target.
Trying to spend extra money, to get that little bit of an EDGE to me is not worth it, if you dont have TOTAL Confidance in your ammo.
Firing it on a REGULAR Basis is the ONLY way to know if it is right for your gun.
Can you get this ammo and afford to shoot this stuff ALL The Time ?
