He he but there no good news for you
Few months back here in Karachi a dealer was doing by converting card into book but currently no one do it anymore , as per present there is no clear or complete policy regarding card license

My MOI licence (green book) is expiring on Dec-13 last week I went to NBP but they refused me to renew. What should I do now? Go to Nadra for revalidation? It is my first due renwal of this book licence was issued in 2009. I need expert advise. Please share your experince who are suffering with same problem.

MOI's are headache.

They are only renewing the expired licenses issued till 2011, as home ministry has not passed the renewal summary for licenses expiring after 2013.

@ MJ,

If they are renewing expired / expiring licenses issued till 2011, then why is NBP refusing to renew Hammer's MOI license which was issued in 2009?

@ Hammer,

Please PM Gunpsycho and HMR, both of whom might be able to help you in figuring out the next steps.

I have been to NADRA offices in different parts of the city around half a dozen times. To ascertain the fate of my MOI book that expired on 31 12 2013.

As of today the Arms license chap in DHA exective NADRA was not available since the machine was not working. Still no idea.

NADRA centres visited SHarah Quedeen 3 times

NADRA Khayaban-Itihad once

NADRA DHA Executive twice

Th local grape vince says that the dates have been extended till June 30 2014.

Today I visited NADRA Center at Shahrah-e-Quaideen. "Processing of Arm License has been suspended” found written on the window. :violin:

yes. The DHA person (Farhan) told me that all licenses: book and card are valid till June 2014. However no work is being done on em till an actual court judgement has been passed.

I got my license in 2007. The NBP is not even renewing my lisence. Hammer brother do let me know about the procedure as well if you get any info regarding the renewal issue.

All MOI books stand valid till 30 June 2014. As par the MOI's instructions. I have given a copy of the order to ALi Muhammad and sons at lucky star and it will be based on that order that I will apply for a 144 permit.
