@HMR,
Thank you for the compliment and one should try avoiding middlemans. In case of revalidation the normal channel in practice was Dealer-Market Broker-HD broker-HD staff. I bypassed first two and the job was done economically.
Still high but worth as no police verification was done plus nobody came home to verify.

A cost free advise to all-Please value your hard earned money and try finding source avoiding persons in between.

Thanks and I believe all manual licences issued by Sind and not presented for revalidation stands cancelled unless a extension is announced.

ED would however be a better person to answer your query.

Have you processed the case yourself or have involved a dealer?

Through DC or HD?

Have heard that all cases submitted to HD are ready. Please check for status in both the cases.

I had given the token to Nomi at Ghulam Ali and Sons. He got me the token, and I have been waiting ever since.

Please can anyone tell me how and where to get this process scrutinized?

Cheers...

U mean MOI card lics? But why bother with a dealer. NADRA will call u once your card is ready.

Conversation from Home Dept is fastest than DC office (which was closed in 15th Feb 2014). Home depart fees is high then DC office. Both R same thing but DC office was cheep in fee value and time taken processes. I think DC processes is lengthy but is covered complete phases of processes for record issues.Me visited to DC office to confirm about processes clerk explain me that all processes under working some of complete forms forwarded to Nadara and after few days many applicants shall check status from Nadara call center.

Dear friends.... Why waste ur time and energy in getting all the verifications and by going to the DC office.

I suppose most of u on this forum are well connected people..... So just ask a high up in the home dept and leave the rest to him..

I gave my 28 licenses after the due date and received the last remaining 10 yesterday.... So use ur PR and make ur lives easy... My 2 cents

brothers.... i would like to know whether someone who has already applied for NADRA conversion of Sind manual license through DC process (which was closed on 15th Feb.) & is still waiting for his computerized license can go to home department & get his license converted from there. Since both types of licenses comes through NADRA database, would there be some kind of legal implication if one has applied at one end & then decides to get it done from the other end. I mean now we know that HD process is quick & easy than what is couple of thousand rupees. Only confusion here is can it be done without getting into some sort of legal trouble.

Hello Raptor,
At first the acceptence of computerization process is stopped everywhere so you won't be able to get this done even if allowed. Please wait and let the process restart if approved by Government and we will have this checked.

Yes, the process through Home Department was fast and with very less hassle. Mine got converted in couple of weeks and believe backlog is cleared at Home Department whereas all those who have applied through DC office are still going through the formalities.
