Last week bought fresh Scottish Salmon fillet and fried at home. I must say Salmon has supreme taste among all fishes.

Steps of cooking;
1- Dip in fresh lemon juice for 15 min.
2- Add some salt and fry in olive oil for five min then eat.
3- If you wish to have something spicy then add some ready made fish fry masala instead of salt then fry for 10 min.
Very simple recipes but unbeaten taste...hummm..... yammy

That does look very delicious indeed.
Olive oil increases the flavor and the texture of the fish - good choice...

Cheers :D

Very nice indeed. Thanks for sharing the recipe brother. Salmon is a reasonably tasty fish to eat and if made properly, could be quite good. Small size is better :)
