Though it was indoor cooking which was done today and an experiment turned out very well. Couldn't stopped myself to share with you guys so decided to post it here.

This recipe is equally good o be done outdoor and can be done while one is on hunting.

Here come the recipe and preparation:
The main part is selection of meat, Steaks are best when cooked from Tender line portion of Beef. Meat shops knows about the cut as well.

Preparation is quiet easy. Put a little salt and black pepper on the meat and leave in strainer for 15 minutes under fan so that excess water and blood may drip away. Pre heat Grilling pan and put few drops of olive oil on both side of the meat before putting it over. The steak should be grilled once means cook one side and then turn and let it grill and then dish out. Preparation time depends on how well you want to have it done. 3 minutes each side for rare (bloody), 4 minutes for medium rare (fully cooked from outside and pinkish inside) and 5 minutes each side for medium well.

While its being prepared you can do the sauce which is again simple, fry 1 teaspoon of garlic and Ginger paste in pan and at the same time heat 200 gram of cream for one steak (for 4 pieces of steak multiply the quantity by 4) once cream is heated, mix fried garlic and ginger with paper and salt and let it on the stove for 2 minutes it should convert to a very thin liquid.

Dish out Beef from the pan and immediately cover it with the sauce.

Plenty of choices are there for sidelines and boiled rice, baked potato and corn remained my selection.

Its time to enjoy the meal but watch out, temperature of steaks rises once they are out from grill so wait a minute or two before eating and this is the time when you can take some snaps and share eye-candy to tempt others like I did.

Cheers!

Very nice share. I am sure you guys would have enjoyed it. This recipe is more of English style but it can be done with Pakistani spices as well which makes it much more tasty and better smelling for those who like Pakistani style of cooking. However, for those who are more into the original meat smell and taste, this is a good recipe.

Loved it :)
