 Post subject: Fish BBQ in -13...

It was -13 that night when we decided to have a fish BBQ outside. Our backyard was full of snow and we had to dig out the BBQ trolley with some effort.

Fish marinated in garlic, lemon juice, red chilies, salt and ajvoin.

It was snowing a little too so pics are not very good.

Haider kept a propane heater burning just next to him.

The fish was well made and we liked it more because it was BBQ in a special weather. :D

Wow! BBQ-ing while the snow falls!! (nostalgia --- I'm missing Skardu!)

Where are the pics of cooked fish?? you know karachi doesnt have that good of freshwater places that easily accessable as you have in canada. I have been constantly on phone with friends about a trip every sunday for fishing or shooting on the go. after the hunt cooking is one of the most pleasureable things that life offers. getting time tested recipes in shape of pictires from you is really a heart warming thing.

Secondly about this recipe, why do u add ajvoin to it??

Thanks all for the appreciation. :D

The ajvoin is for good smell and it looks good on that masala :) , there is no as such need of ajvoin actually.
