That was a good one Haider. But you need to ensure uiform cooking. Just do small cuts on the meat a thick places and it will do the trick. I will also ensure better marination.

I did do some cuts on the meat but next time I will do bigger cuts. That was a very healthy chicken :mrgreen:

Recipe:
Use red chillies, garlic, corriander powder, cumin seeds, salt and lemon juice for marination. Garlic, lemon and salt are most important ingrediats. Marinated for 1 hour and than baked in gas oven for 1 hour at 450 degrees. :)

Yes. I learn that for healthy chickens, one should do cuts on the meat otherwise it will be cooked from outside but may remain uncooked from inside :teasing-binkybaby:
