hmm adding vinegar to the oil while frying :confusion-questionmarks:

If you dont like Fried, but you want that texture and taste without all the Oil, try this.
Take chicken breasts,( I prefer Boneless and the skin removed) and coat them with Mayonaise, then roll them in bread crumbs that have seasonings you like mixed in.
Then Bake in the oven at 350 to 400 degrees for about 20 minutes each side .
You can do fish the same way.

When I am baking I almost do the same thing except rolling the meat in bread crumbs. It is really very good

Bread crumbs are very good but they work better in frying. In baking sometimes they burn.

@Sualeh when using bread crumbs while baking, keep the oven temperature slightly lower, that would increase the cooking time but the bread crumbs wont burn. Secondly use a wax paper to cover the chicken, again that would keep it from burning. And always use a bit of butter (not margrine) to grease the baking tray, that would keep the chicken a bit moist, and keep the crumbs from burning.
