Snipes are very tasty to eat and one of my favourite in waterfowl. The taste great any way you cook them. We made snipe karahi last night.

Ingredients
    - Snipes. Remove the skin and look for any pallets in the meat.
    - Spices: Salt, red chiliy powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder.
    - Lemon juice
    - Garlic paste.
    - Ginger cut in fine strips
    - Fresh coriander, tomatoes, onions and green chillies.

 Apply salt, lemon juice and some red chillies on the meat and let it stay like that for some time.

We normally apply the BBQ spices when we are preparing the game meat and than we freeze it because it may not be cooked that day. Meat prepared for BBQ makes very good Karahi as the spices are marinated. We have to take care not to use extra spics while cooking because it will spoil taste.

 Cut tomatoes, garlic and onions in the meanwhile. Put the onions in some oil and fry them for a while.

 Put the marinated snipes in the paste of onions and tomatoes which is being fried. Roast the snipes in that paste for a while. Now, just taste the gravy and if there is a need for more salt and spices, add accordingly.

 Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat.

 Snipe Karahi is ready. Cut some fresh coriander, ginger and green chillies for the dressing.

PS: Snipes should be eaten with their bones. They are very very tasty

Yes, Sualeh bhai is a good cook. We all can cook and we don't help from anyone when we have to cook for ourselves.
