I like doves and pigeons very much and BBQ is my favourite.

Ingredients
    - Doves and Chickens. Remove the skin but don't cut them in pieces. Please see any pallets inside the skin and remove them.
    - Spices: Salt, red chiliy powder, coriander powder and some ajvoin (I dont know its English word)
    - Lemon juice
    - Garlic paste.

 Apply salt and lemon juice on the meat and let it stay like that for some time.
 Mix garlic paste, lemon and all other spices and make a paste.
 Apply paste on the doves and chicken and marinate for at least two hours.

 Put doves and pigoens on BBQ sticks. Prepare the coals and furnace for BBQ and when the coal are not very hot, put them on furnace and BBQ on low heat.
Image

 If the heat is too strong, BBQ will burn from outside and will be uncooked from inside. Make sure that the heat is as less as possible. It will take more time but BBQ will be good.

This is too much heat. BBQ sticks placed to take pics only. We allowed it to cool down a little.

Enjoy your BBQ doves and pigeons. They taste great.

Looks delicious. Cooks at my place make Pigeons and Doves taste horrible. I'll share this recipe with them.
Thank you for the sharing.

Sualeh, this was one of the best BBQ I had in many many days. I think lavish use of lemon while BBQ did the trick :ugeek:
