Good group with a not so familiar gun!!

Honestly I must admit that I am pretty familiar to BHPs... :D
I used have three different BHPs in different times and a few shooting bodies have BHPs, so I do routinely shoot BHPs... :)

Ditto KBW...

BHP is one of my favorite, maybe the most favorite semiautomatic pistol...

Based on the quality reviews that you've posted on the forum and considering that many members here have limited knowledge about this great gun, I do not feel shy in asking you for a review of the BHP. Who better to do the review that a Die-hard fan of these beauties :)

Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot KBW.

The shorter sight radius, longer trigger pretravel and take up before trigger release makes it harder to shoot than the Shadow. It also has more muzzle flip than the Shadow due to its shorter barrel and lighter weight..Anyway, it has a very crisp and clean trigger pull with a considerable short trigger reset which all makes it pretty easy to shoot accurately. The shots made by the Jerciho 941 FB was faster than slow deliberate fire. It does not feel and recoil as natural as the Shadow, but it is a CZ 75 clone, its genetics make it a shooter's gun...

Best.

Great shooting Lupus!

I had a very bad experience with the MKE NATO rounds! Did you experience any misfires??

Nice shooting Lupus.
Is the Glock 19C also yours? I ask because I am told it is not suited to SD/HD due to blinding effect of the muzzle flash on shooter at night time.

MKEK has been using Boxer type primers for a long time. And the newer primers are better coated, isolated and softer than the older ones. I used to have same failure to ignite issues with older MKEK cartridges, especially with the striker fired pistols, particulary with my ex-Walther P99. In almost four to five years, I have never seen any failure to ignite issues with 124 grain Boxer primed MKEK cartridges.

I have two main complaints with the newer 9x19 mm MKEK ammo. First, it leaves more than acceptable hard to clean unburned powder residues sprayed all around the pistol. Second, it has unnecessaryly hot powder charges. The newer 124 gr MKEK NATO rounds are really hot, I did not chronographed, but I suppose it is approximately + P + rated...

The Shadow and the SIG Pro SP 2009 belongs to me, the G19 C and the Jericho 941 FB belongs to a shooting buddy. The effect of the muzzle flash changes according to the enviroment. The darker the enviroment is, the more muzzle flash effect in your vision, but it is not as bad as it is exaggerated, you never get completely blind. The most adverse effect you have to consider with the muzzle flash in SD situations is local burn risks when the pistol shot very close to the body...
