There was also a lot we had purchased prior to the outlets etc from a friend :) that one had so many ftf's that glockism even named it after him. It's a funny story you might want to hear from him sometime.

Lol. TX absolutely does not enjoy FTFs while shooting his strings. TX tried a few hundred Chinese rounds recently also and while the accuracy was very good, He did not like the Big Bang and heavier recoil. So TX is now waiting the POF April lot :)

I am also waiting for April, 14 lot and will switch if trouble free.
Its good it has been recognized by all through own/other's experience and even by POF company that their ammo has problems. Earlier everyone believed that failures were due to fake / reloaded ammo since original POF ammo was assumed trouble free. Unfortunately, users who had stocked up on factory procured faulty POF ammo due to its reputation sufferred badly with no compensation for their losses.

TX please if you can add up, the outlet manager did give a no-quibble money back guarantee on any failed round purchased from that outlet?

Cheers :)

Heard from a friend that SnB rounds specially 115 gms ones have less recoil than chinese as chinese rounds are mostly over powered. Seniors please advice. Thanks :)

Recoil is generally more of a preception than physical. I personally cannot tell the difference between a 115 gr S&B and a chinese 311 round. I suppose unless you are as exprienced as KBW sb or Ghazi sb (in which case your round count goes over a couple 100k rounds) you would'nt be able to tell the difference much. Plus again personally I dont think recoil matters so much in a precision competition, since you have more than enough time to take a follow up shot. Practical shooting would be a different ball game, where international shooters specifically reload lighter rounds for competition.

But general thumb rule would be, to shoot a competition or carry rounds for self defense that you have most practiced on.

Oh means it is not a good idea to practice on chinese and use SnB in competitions. Thanks FK :)

Gentlemen,

Please ensure your attendance at the ASCCL Range on Sunday. Try to come early.

Now that you have a good idea of where the bar has been set, you have a wealth of knowledge in various "Members' Range Sessions" threads and you also know where you stand. So, focused practice while you're at the range. Do your homework before coming and set your objectives and targets that you wish to achieve during this range visit. Make each shooting session count.

Each shooter should have a printout of the "Shooter's Error Wheel of Mis-Fortune" / Shooter Error Chart, with him so he can identify the errors he's making.

Best of luck guys.
